Ilyas Kaziyev


Graduated from the Almaty Power Engineering Institute with a degree of electronic engineer and AMS at IAB (Almaty) with MBA degree. He has got an international certification as a project management specialist. He was also an independent member of the Board of Directors of JSC Kazakhstan electrical energy and power market operator, the company being within Samruk state holding. Worked as a member of the board of Lancaster Invest Company. In 2005-2006 he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Irtysh chemical metallurgy plant, controlling strategic development and investments. In 2001-2005 he was the First Deputy Director and then the General Director of Zeinet Ltd., one of the largest companies specialized in automation systems implementation for oil and gas industry.

Bek Andakhov
Deputy Director for Automation


In 1983 graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, metallurgy faculty, automation of metallurgy processes and production. In 2005 he has got a master degree, MBA at the International Academy of Business, Almaty. Working experience he started in a field scientific and research laboratory of APCS in nonferrous metals industry at KazPTI. From 1983 to 1992 his way was from an engineer to a senior scientific officer. At the same Institution he made his post graduate correspondence study. He has got his industrial experience working at Kentau concentrating mill plant of Achpolymetal industrial complex, where he worked starting from an IACS electrician to the head of main building automation. From 1996 to 2000 he was involved in electrical equipment supply for enterprises in Kazakhstan. Before Verbulak he worked for Zeinet company for a long time as a technical director, designing department director, and director of Zeinet CAD subsidiary. Since 2009 he was the director of Verbulak Ltd. Has significant experience in automation systems design and implementation.

Bakhyt Mukhanov

He graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institution with the specialization in technological process automation (1973). In 1987 he defended a thesis about the same specialization. Long time he devoted to scientific and teaching activities. From 1999 to 2001 he headed А&Д department (automation and drivers) at Siemens representation office in Kazakhstan. He was one of establisher and leaders of Zeinet Company, the large Kazakistani automation systems supplier. At present he chairs APCS applied research laboratory (ARL APCS) at the TPA department, Kazakh National Technical University, lecturer.   Besides that he is the Chief Editor of applied research magazine Automation Digest. He is a laureate of the State Prize of the Counsel of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his implementation of POTOK APCS at the Zhezkazgan copper processing plant (1988), author of a number of articles and publications.

Andrey Salakhitdinov
Deputy Director for Design


In 1981 he graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institution, radio physics department with specialization in radio physics and electronics. He was assigned to Kirov’s machinery building plant in Almaty, where he worked as in the development department as the third category designing engineer in the beginning, and then in the mechanization and automation department as the second category designing engineer. From 1981 to 1984 he was involved in the development and implementation of non-standard radio electronic equipment, design, installation and commissioning of control systems for robot-technological systems and lines. From 1985 to 1989 he worked as a senior and then leading engineer of the designing technological department, the Kazakhstan branch of SDI Projectmontazhautomatics, where he designed automation lines and mechanisms control systems. In 1989-1994 and 2000-2004 he worked for the Kazakhstan SDI Kazgipromash (Kazgipromash Institution Ltd.) as the head of IACS sector (automation process control systems design), and then as the project chief engineer (supervision of machinery building, ferrous and non-ferrous enterprises designing). From 1994 to 2000 he was involved in equipment supply business like electrical equipment, machinery, pumps, industrial equipment for the Kazakhstan enterprises. Since 2004 he worked for Zeinet Ltd. as a project manager, design department deputy director, deputy director of Zeinet CAD Ltd.

Yevgeniy Oshlokov
Deputy Director for Commerce


In 1995 he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University with distinction specializing in non-ferrous production and technological process. Later in 1997 he graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economy and Strategic Planning (KIMEP) with MBA degree. In parallel with studies and after graduation he has got experience as a sales engineer and financial trader. Since May1998 during 6 years he worked for Philip Morris Kazakhstan as a process control engineer, tobacco department. Then till the end of 2007 he worked as the head of technical department, Zeinet Company (administration of tender and commercial offers development). Before Verbulak he worked for Svyazinformsystems Ltd. and Maier Services, where he was mainly responsible for the search of new customers, technical and commercial support to equipment sales.
